Lura Noyes is a Seattle-based Realtor® serving King, Snohomish, and Pierce Counties, helping relocating buyers and sellers navigate their move with clarity, strategy, and confidence.
I’m Lura Noyes, a Seattle-based Realtor® who believes buying or selling a home should feel exciting, empowering, and deeply human—not overwhelming or transactional. My clients know me as a strong advocate at the negotiating table and a steady, empathetic guide throughout the process. That balance is my superpower, and it’s how I help people move forward with confidence during one of life’s biggest transitions.
My love for real estate started early, tagging along to open houses with my mom and reimagining floor plans purely for fun. What began as curiosity grew into a career in 2020, and today I proudly help buyers and sellers across King, Snohomish, and Pierce Counties—and beyond. Whether you’re relocating to the Seattle area, moving up within the region, or preparing for a strategic sale, my goal is always the same: to help you find the right fit and feel fully supported every step of the way.
Originally from the Bay Area, I see Seattle as its perfect Pacific Northwest counterpart—rich in culture, design, and diversity, with neighborhoods that blend sophistication and natural beauty. I’ve planted roots in a 1960s home that keeps my DIY list (and imagination) happily full, and I’ve expanded my perspective through long-term homeownership and property stewardship. That hands-on experience allows me to guide clients with a practical, lived-in understanding of what it truly means to care for a home over time.
Beyond individual transactions, I’m deeply invested in the future of housing. As a Washington REALTORS® State Director and an active leader within the Young Professionals Network, I advocate for my clients at both the local and state levels. I work closely on housing legislation, education, and initiatives that advance equity, access, and opportunity in real estate—because I believe everyone deserves the chance to build stability and long-term wealth through housing.
What I’m most proud of is my clients’ trust. They know I’ll dive into the details—market trends, inspections, timelines, and strategy—so nothing is overlooked. They also know I’ll listen first, explain clearly, and show up fully. The result is a real estate experience that feels less like a transaction and more like a true partnership.
When I’m not showing homes or crafting thoughtful marketing plans, you’ll find me exploring Seattle’s food scene, hiking with my husband and our two dogs, or (let’s be honest) tackling “just one more” home project. And if there’s a good book nearby, there’s a very good chance I’m reading it.
If you’re thinking about buying or selling a home—especially as part of a relocation—I’d love to hear your story and help you write the next chapter.
